What we collect

Owners/Guides: name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, room and building details and photos. Tenants (Parichay Card): name, mobile, work, income band, previous-landlord reference, and any documents you add.

Why we use it

Only to show vacant rooms, connect tenants with owners, and prevent fake or stale listings. We do not sell your data.

Who can see it

Owner names are not shown on listings — only a code (e.g. O-101). Contact opens only when someone taps the contact button. A Parichay Card is visible only to whoever you send the link to, and you can revoke it any time.

How long we keep it

Listings expire automatically. Parichay Card links expire in 30 days. Closing your account removes your data.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data by contacting our helpline. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

PINs are stored hashed, the site runs over HTTPS, and private pages are excluded from search engines.
